Subscribing to your StageHub schedule will allow you to view all your calls directly from your device’s calendar app. The following are instructions for subscribing to your personal schedule on popular calendar apps, but any app that supports ICS feeds should work.
Getting Your Personal Feed Link
- Login to StageHub, either from your phone or your computer.
- Go to Manage Profile & Settings
- Look for the calendar feed link and copy it.
On iPhone/iPad
Google Calendar
- Open the Google Calendar app.
- Tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) on the top-left corner.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Tap on “Add calendar” > “From URL”.
- Paste the calendar feed link into the text box.
- Tap “Add calendar”.
Apple Calendar
- Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone/iPad.
- Go to “Passwords & Accounts”.
- Tap “Add Account”.
- Choose “Other”.
- Tap on the option for “Add Subscribed Calendar”.
- Paste your calendar feed link into the “Server” field.
- Choose “Next”.
- Choose your desired account settings (e.g., description, calendar color, auto-refresh).
- Tap “Save” to complete the subscription.
On your computer
Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar.
- Click on the “+” icon next to “Other calendars.”
- Select “From URL.”
- Paste your calendar feed link into the text box.
- Click “Add Calendar.”
Apple Calendar
- Open Apple Calendar.
- From the menu bar, select “File” > “New Calendar Subscription.”
- Enter your calendar feed link into the text box labeled “Calendar URL.”
- Click “Subscribe.”
- Choose your desired settings (e.g., calendar colors, update frequency).
Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Click “File” > “Account Settings” > “Account Settings.”
- In the “Internet Calendars” tab, click “New.”
- Enter your calendar feed link into the text box labeled “Location.”
- Click “Add.”
- Choose your desired settings (e.g., calendar colors, update frequency).
